Below is a small sample of the countless MDF (vendor funded) emails I designed for Best Buy. In addition to creation, I also played the role of Design Lead and reviewed the creative of the other designers work.
Each year for different seasonal promotions, Best Buy would ask us to design the look and feel of the emails from a provided style guide. The examples below were created from a Back-to-School style guide. We had to think about where to use patterns, icons and color pops and how to include the products and vendor logos.
Best Buy Brand Building emails are focused on doing just that—building the brand. These are non-promotional emails with the intent to bring useful content to the consumer.
